Conference Rooms

St Mary's Conference Room

St Mary's is in an elevated position and can seat up to 60 people in various table layouts. The lift access from the Reception area gives easy access to this room. We have blinds on our large windows which overlook the walled garden and riverside, and which open out to the balcony. There are self contained toilet facilities within the room. It is adjacent to the Riverside Restaurant so there is an option of a breakout room next door to create more space for your conference.

Free Wi-Fi access is available and there are network points within the room. We can provide a projector and screen by request, and a flip chart is also available.

Function Room

Our Function Room is a large ground floor room which can easily seat over 200 people. The large glass patio doors open out onto our garden patio area, which is enclosed within a walled garden to ensure privacy. We have a camera recording facility and large wall mounted flat screen TV within this room. We can provide a portable microphone on request. A private bar and toilet facilties are also available in this room.

For smaller meetings our comfy Cocktail Lounge bar can seat up to 12 people, and our 40 seater Riverside Restaurant can be converted to suit your meeting requirements.
